3n has established partner relationships with many industry-leading companies to provide greater flexibility in delivering mass notification solutions that meet customers' unique routine and emergency communication needs. In every industry, our partners provide a comprehensive network of expert resources in operations, process, and technology matters related to mass notification for emergency or routine communications. 3n and our partners are committed to working hand-in-hand to bring greater value to our mutual customers.

Sales Channel Partner Programs

Channel partners are an integral component of 3n’s ability to deliver best-in-class services to the market. 3n is looking for partners who understand their markets and are committed to delivering premiere notification services to their customers. We offer several types of partner programs, including Bronze (Referral), Silver (Independent Agent), Gold (Reseller), and Platinum (Private Label).

  • Bronze – Referral
    Referral partners introduce 3n to qualified prospects. 3n is then responsible for representing and contracting its services as well as delivering post-sales support. Upon closing, the referral partner receives a percentage of the first year’s revenue. Learn more.
    Requirements:
    • Basic knowledge of 3n’s InstaCom™ service
    • Lead registration
  • Silver – Independent Representative
    Independent Representatives are responsible for marketing, positioning, and presenting 3n’s InstaCom mass notification system. 3n is then called on to create proposals and negotiate the contracts. Customer training, system implementation, and customer support are also provided by 3n. Upon closing, the referral partner receives a percentage of the contract value.     Requirements:
    • Know/learn the mass notification and business continuity markets
    • Provide annual business/marketing/sales plans and monthly forecast
    • Attain quarterly sales goals
    • Maintain up-to-date sale and marketing materials
    • Certify a minimum of one person to sell InstaCom services
    • Provide content for customer success stories
  • Gold – Reseller
    Resellers provide InstaCom services directly to clients. They are responsible for marketing, selling, and contracting with the end user. Post-sales support, including customer training, system implementation, and customer support, may be provided by 3n or the reseller. Resellers purchase discounted services for resale to their customers. Learn more.
    Requirements:
    In addition to meeting the requirements of a Silver partner, Gold partners must:
    • Certify a minimum of two people to sell InstaCom services
    • Certify a minimum of one person to implement and support InstaCom services
    • If the reseller provides post-sales support, the reseller must have one person certified to implement and support InstaCom services
  • Platinum – Private Label Reseller
    Private Label Resellers provide InstaCom’s service under their brand. Platinum partners are responsible for marketing, selling, contracting, and providing post-sales support to the end user. Resellers license private-labeled services from 3n and resell them to their customers. Learn more.
    Requirements:
    In addition to meeting the requirements of a Gold partner, Platinum partners must:
    • Certify a minimum of two people to sell InstaCom services
    • Certify a minimum of one person to implement and support InstaCom services

3n provides sales tools, such as starter collateral kits, lead registration, proposal assistance, and a demonstration InstaCom account to its Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners.

Marketing Channel Partner Programs

3n collaborates with select companies to jointly marketing the 3n system. We offer two types of marketing programs:

  • Alliance companies have complementary software which is enhanced though integration with a mass notification system. The Alliance partner develops code that integrates its service with 3n’s system through 3n’s APIs. These add-ons are licensed along with the respective company’s software to end clients. Market development and lead exchange are important components of the Alliance program.
  • Affiliate companies have complementary services which do not need to be integrated with a mass notification service. Market development and lead exchange are the key components of the Affiliate program.
